Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of OverRally (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Standard EULA: The Service adopts Google Play's Standard End User License Agreement on Android and Apple's Standard EULA on iOS. This is an agreement solely between you and us, not with Google or Apple. Anything not addressed here is governed by the applicable Standard EULA.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" means the OverRally app and its related features.
  • "User" means anyone who accepts these Terms and uses the Service.
  • "Session data" means the video files, session records, rally analysis results, segments, tags, and other content you create within the Service.

3. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are available in the app's settings menu and on our website. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.

4. Using the Service

You can use the Service without an account in Guest mode. If you create an account via Google or Apple sign-in, you must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.

5. What the Service provides

  • AI rally detection: importing a tennis session video, uploading it to our servers, and automatically detecting rally segments (dead time between points is cut out).
  • Creating, labeling, and favoriting custom video segments and highlight clips, and exporting or sharing them.
  • Session organization: activity type, tags, notes, match score, and NTRP rating tracking.
  • Cloud sync of session records and settings across devices when signed in.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time for operational or technical reasons.

6. Subscriptions & billing

  • The Service offers a Free plan (1 hour of video analysis per month) and paid monthly subscriptions: Lite (10 hours/month) and Pro (100 hours/month). Analysis time is measured by the duration of the videos you submit, and quotas reset monthly.
  • Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, auto-renew monthly, and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before purchase. Refunds are handled according to the App Store / Google Play refund policies.
  • Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your store settings.
  • We may change plan pricing or quotas; material changes will be notified in-app before they take effect and will not affect the current paid period.

7. Ownership of your content

You own all video files, session records, and analysis data you create. Videos you submit for analysis are uploaded solely to perform that analysis and are automatically deleted from our servers after processing; your original video stays on your device. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process uploaded videos only for the purpose of providing the analysis you requested — this license does not permit us to use your videos for AI model training, marketing, or any other purpose, and it ends when the analysis completes and the upload is deleted. Analysis is performed by AI models we developed, on infrastructure we operate; your videos are not shared with external AI providers. Synced session metadata is stored so it can be restored on your other signed-in devices. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not infringe on our intellectual property rights.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the right to record any video you capture with the app, including the consent of anyone else appearing in it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or force majeure.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by your own actions or device configuration.
  • Rally detection and analysis results are provided for informational purposes and may not be perfectly accurate; they should not be relied on as professional coaching advice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
